Poster and Card Designs

Rail Runner Express
The first in a series of designs celebrating Albuquerque, Rail Runner Express pays tribute to one of north central New Mexico’s popular amenities, the Rail Runner Express. This graphic evokes the mid-century poster designs of artists such as Cassandre, Binder, and Kauffer.

Hotel Franciscan
This design pays tribute to a long-lost downtown Albuquerque landmark, the Hotel Franciscan. This magnificent edifice stood in at the corner of 6th and Central until until it was unceremoniously torn down in 1972. This graphic was done in a style evocative of mid-century travel posters.

Albuquerque Neighborhoods
This map of the Duke City uses the breadth and depth of Adrian Frutiger’s Univers type family to render a typographical take on Albuquerque’s major neighborhoods.
